Due to the virus, we have been hit with delays on both stock arriving into the country & Australia Post shipping times. Please allow for up to an additional 3-5 business days processing time & up to 3-5 business days with Australia Post shipping times. We are working through orders as quickly as possible so there are no delays on our end.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused in circumstances that are outside of our control. Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.
We are not held liable for any delays in pre-order shipments. An ETA will always be included in the description of pre-order items and collections but please be aware that these are only estimations and delivery by a certain time is not guaranteed and can be subject to change. Our customer care team will be in touch if there are any unexpected delays in your order.
Pre-order items are considered under the same rules as any other final sale purchase's, if you haven’t read the description correctly on the products page, a cancellation fee of 10% will still be required if you wish to cancel. Order amendments may be made to change to a different size/style up to 48 hours after purchase unless the cut off time has passed. Once a collection is closed we cannot amend your order.
Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing (processing times for orders placed on weekends will begin on the following Monday. Processing times for orders placed on Public Holidays will commence on the next business day). Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter the tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

If you purchase two or more different items from Naked Curve, there is a possibility that the items could be shipped from different locations.
Naked Curve is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country.
Please note our shipping rates vary on different products depending on size and weight of package.
Standard Australian shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive at your door and up to 20 business days Internationally depending on the checkout option you choose.

We source our products from all over the world and from various different distributers. As this is the case, packaging differs from all companies, however please note that it will ALWAYS be discreet and not labelled with purchase contents.
WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS OR RETURNS
If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the customer will be charged any fees incurred to Naked Curve. The Customer will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-send the item.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND TAX
Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. Naked Curve is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to Naked Curve by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.
Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
