Returns & Exchanges

Orders cannot be amended once processed. A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged to cover store fees & fee reversal charges to cancelled orders.

All clearance items and/or items bought during promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return. 

Please note we do not offer refunds on returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Due to the nature of our items being intimates we are unable to provide refunds on returns. Please ensure you choose your items carefully, or contact us before with any sizing or general queries. We offer EXCHANGE ONLY. Please refer to our exchange policy below. If you are eligible for an exchange, you will be emailed with a credit note for the amount you paid plus the cost of shipping your goods. If you are eligible for a store credit, you will be emailed with your credit amount. 

Should you believe an item that you have purchased is faulty upon receipt of goods, please contact us via the contact us page and provide as many details about the fault within 7 days of receiving the item. We will then be in touch to request a photo of the fault and rectify the issue as soon as possible. In your email please provide us with your name, order number, name of garment, and an image of the fault. 

Mystery Box Exchanges - we do not offer exchanges on mystery box items unless pieces are faulty. Mystery boxes are hand picked by our team and offer a variety of pieces. We suggest ordering specific items rather than mystery boxes if you would like certain items included or excluded.


Our exchange policy only applies if the below terms are met:

If you wish to exchange a size or product you must contact our exchange team within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  • Unless item is faulty, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed or otherwise unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with tags and hygiene labels still attached. We do not accept returns on garments that have been worn or washed. If these terms are not met, your item will be sent back to you. 
  • All clearance items and/or items bought during promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return. 
  • Underwear & Hosiery are not eligible for any type of return.
  • SETS cannot be exchanged separately. If you wish to exchange swimwear or lingerie that has been ordered as a set, the full set must be returned.
  • The items are not altered, washed or damaged in any way  


STEPS 

1. Fill out Return Form
2. Naked Curve will not refund the return shipping costs. Return shipping to Naked Curve is at the customer’s expense. Make sure you hold onto your return shipment tracking number.
3. All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. Naked Curve will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to use insurance. If you paid for your order using PayPal you may be eligible to claim your return shipping back using their refunded shipping service. You can see more details here. 
4. Include your return request form with your return item.
5. Once your return has been received your products will be inspected and your exchange approved or denied. If approved you will receive your exchange credit coupon.
6. If your exchange is denied, your items will be sent back to you at your cost. If approved new items with be sent via Australian parcel post.
7. Sale items & Red Room items will not be accepted for exchange unless faulty.

Sizing
Australian Custom standards require all clothing to be labelled prior to shipment to Australia. When receiving goods, please note the tag size may be slightly off as all good have been resized prior to sale to meet AU guidelines. All items have size charts in the description. Please note that fit will vary between different body shapes. We do our best to be as inclusive and considerate possible when resizing our garments.
