Return’s Policy

As a small business, we aren’t able offer refunds on returns due to the expenses related to shipping, packaging, and payment provider fees. Instead, we provide store credit in the form of a voucher unless goods are faulty upon receipt.

Feel free to contact us before placing your order if you require any assistance. Please be aware that order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours unless processing has started. A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover store fees and reversal charges for canceled orders.

Our returns policy only applies if the below terms are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed
  • Items must have all tags and hygiene labels still attached
  • Underwear, Hosiery and Sex Toys are not eligible for any type of return due to hygiene regulations
  • Sets cannot be returned separately, the full set must be returned
  • Original shipping costs where applicable are non-refundable
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS and/or items bought during PROMOTED SALE PERIODS / SPECIAL RELEASE / MADE TO ORDER / SHORT TERM POP-UP COLLECTIONS are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return unless faulty. 

  • Mystery Box items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty

 STEPS 

1. Submit your return request via Returns Portal within 30 DAYS of placing your order.
2. Once your return has been received your products will be inspected and your credit approved or denied. If approved you will receive your credit code valid for 12 months. If your return isn't accepted, your items can be sent back to you at your cost.
