Return’s Policy

As a small business, we aren’t able offer refunds on returns due to the expenses related to shipping, packaging, and payment provider fees. Instead, we provide store credit in the form of a voucher unless goods are faulty upon receipt.

Feel free to contact us before placing your order if you require any assistance. Please be aware that order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours unless processing has started. A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover store fees and reversal charges for cancelled orders.

Our returns policy only applies if the below terms are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed
  • Items must have all tags and hygiene labels still attached
  • Underwear, Hosiery and Sex Toys are not eligible for any type of return due to hygiene regulations
  • Sets cannot be returned separately, the full set must be returned
  • Original shipping costs where applicable are non-refundable
  • Mystery Box items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty

  • CLEARANCE / FINAL CHANCE/ SALE ITEMS and/or items bought during PROMOTED SALE PERIODS / POP-UP COLLECTIONS are not redeemable for any type of return unless faulty.  

  • If upon receipt of your order you find a suspected fault in a product, please contact us within 7 days so we are able to assist you as soon as possible

STEPS 

1. Submit your return request via Returns Portal within 30 DAYS of placing your order.
2. Once your return has been received your products will be inspected and your STORE CREDIT will be approved or denied. If approved you will receive your credit valid for 12 months via email. If your return hasn't met the guidelines mentioned above and is denied, your items can be sent back to you at your cost.
